One of our IT Support partners provides IT and Telecommunications to logistics companies, delivering products for well-known online retailers within the UK and Europe.
They were rolling out a new, innovative application, that tracks and monitors deliveries. 60 tablets were required with roaming SIMs to run the application to provide tracking data.
Before the application was installed on tablets, lorry drivers were using their own mobile phone contracts to report back to head office. There was a mixture of mobile networks, bill payers and no roaming capability.

Jola proposed aggregated EE M2M Roaming SIMs, which roam in the UK, EU and USA within the tablets. We were able to provide one bill for the partner to invoice their end user. The SIMs are un-steered and roam to the strongest network in every location. SIMs are easily activated and managed by the partner, within Mobile Manager, and the end user experienced no issues.
