Internal Sales Executive
Job Summary
Jola is an award-winning, channel-only supplier of business communications, specialising in mobile data SIMs. We are a global eSIM MVNO, providing innovative IoT and mobile data solutions to MSPs, ISPs, IT Support companies and Telecommunications Resellers.
This is an office-based roll at our HQ in Stapleford. The main purpose is to manage signed Jola dealers and resellers, keeping them up to date on new products and developments and train them on how to use our portals. You will also assist the Partner with identifying opportunities in their base.
We are looking for a new Internal Account Executive to join our friendly team looking to advance their exiting skills with ongoing support and training in an ethos of continual improvement.
We are looking for individuals who:
- Are Customer focused in order to develop partner relationships that allow our partners to grow their own business using Jola services.
- Have the ability to work on their own initiative with excellent time management skills in order to work to company targets.
- Understand mobile technology applications/IT service provision and can learn new products, systems, processes and technology quickly.
- Can work well in a high-pressure environment whilst still having an eye for detail in order to maintain CRM database and company systems.
- Prioritise and manage their own sales activities in line with company targets and KPIs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Demonstrating and training
- On-ramping of existing Partners to get them selling Jola Products
- Training in of new products as they are launched
- Re-activating dormant Partners
- Following up new Partner leads and onboarding them to Jola
Joint selling
- Conference calls
- Webinars
Planning, administration and personal development
- Responsible for updating accurately Partner and prospect databases.
- Liaise with internal sales to target Partners with most potential
- Follow-up actions from meetings and training
- Participate in internal training at least once a month

Knowledge and Skills Requirements
Education and Qualifications:

- Educated to degree standard or proven achievement in identical role
- 1-2 years of sales experience
Experience:
- Experience with: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems.
- At least three year’s sales in similar role
Skills / Aptitude:
- Excellent organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to learn products, systems, process and technology quickly
Other
Must be willing to work away from home for several days at a time if necessary.

Partner Manager
Job Summary
This is a field-based role covering a defined territory within the UK with one day a month in the Stapleford office. The main purpose is to account manage Jola’s larger resellers within a defined territory, keeping them up to date on new products and developments and train them on how to use our portals. You will also assist the Partner with identifying opportunities and helping them be successful with the Jola Product set. This Role also requires you follow up with assigned leads, perform prospecting, signup, and onboard Jola’s Partners. You will need to have or develop a strong understanding of the mobile data and IoT connectivity market.
Duties and Responsibilities
Demonstrating and training
- Hot-desking and meeting with assigned Partners at their offices
- Training Partners and their teams to get them selling Jola Products
- Training of new products with Partners as they are launched
- Assisting Partners and their teams to identify opportunities, providing commercial and product support
Joint selling
- F2F Meetings
- Teams Webinars and Conference calls with Partners
- Attending shows and conferences where required by the Sales Manager

- Liaise with Sales Management to target Partners with most potential

Experience:

- At least three year’s sales or customer-facing experience in similar role within the Channel and comms industry selling mobile data and IoT connectivity
- Proven track record of signing up and developing Partners with a turnover between £5m and £40m
- Account Development Plans and strategy
