The Partner Portal has been developed to meet the specific needs of Jola Channel Partners. In this portal you have access to Jola’s marketing materials, price lists, quoting and ordering tools.
Mobile Manager
Mobile Manager is our online management portal for ordering and managing estates of mobile data SIMs. This white label portal communicates in real-time with multiple 4G networks and can be used by both resellers and their end users. Mobile Manager handles SIM activations, ceases, suspensions, reports, alerts and bolt-ons. Bolt-ons are limited to one per SIM per month.
JolaPhone Management Portal
Business Portal is our white label management portal for JolaPhone seats. Within this portal you can manage any aspect of the platform from phone features by employee and by site to device management.
Tariff Tool
The Tariff Tool was designed for Jola partners to make it quicker and easier to find the right SIM tariff. Tariff Tool provides resellers with a range of options on a variety of data allowances across hundreds of countries and networks.
SIP Manager
Our SIP Manager portal allows partners to place new orders for SIP Trunks, UK and International phone numbers and number ports. Partners can make changes to SIP Trunks, phone numbers and ports, editing end user details, such as 999 contact details and customer address details. Partners have full control to manage usage caps and fraud prevention rules, as well as emergency call forwarding rules. The portal generates call logs and allows partners to view real-time SIP logs and monitor existing SIP Trunks.

Knowledge Base is our support portal, where you will find answers to common support queries and support guides. You can also raise a support ticket from our Knowledge Base.
